Posterous Import – not all posts error & how to maintain the link names

  • Hi everyone,

    I’m new to wordpress and I’m trying my best to make a migration from my Posterous site (www.feedmyday.com) to a wordpress CMS, but having still some issues with the migration.

    About this I would like to ask for any advice regarding the folllowing:
    1) I have around 6000 posts in Posterous, but the impoter (Posterous Importer Plugin) only added around 1000. Any one had the same issue? Any idea on how to solve this?

    2) Having a pagerank of 3 in my posterous blog, I would like not to loose any of google juice when migrating. As so, I think it would me nice to maintain the links in wordpress has they are in Posterous. Furthermore, addin to everypost in posterous a link to my wordpress site. Anyone have any idea if this is possible? And how to go around it?
