    provider is myhosting.com

my non-profit club starts up in september so yesterday i updated wp, theme and all plugins. Postie started giving me stream _select() warnings. and suggested “recompiling php”!! WHAT!! I said.

after trying sockets/curl/imap/pop-ssl and all i retreated to version 1.7.32. I really need/like the plugin but i only use basic features so versions weren’t important to me. anyway…works! I used wp Rollback plugin to retreat. I’m not asking for help just wanted to post this info in case others have the same problem.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Thanks for letting people know.

Are you using a particularly old version of PHP?

Yep, pretty old. 5.3 was released in 2009. You might consider moving to a host that supports PHP 7. Your site will run much faster.
