    Actually Postie works just fine with Gmail if you select POP3-SSL. Be sure you follow all the instructions here: https://postieplugin.com/postie-gmail/

    Yes I’ve been chasing this issue for awhile now. Some combination of host OS and PHP version seems to be the issue. I have some changes that may help in the next version.
