Postie Not Doing Anything

Using the latest version of WordPress, and fresh install of Postie.
I cannot seem to get it to do anything. If I select “process email”, it doesn’t say anything or fetch posts. It did tell me when it couldn’t access email(fixed that), then it would tell me when it was invalid user or email id(fixed that), now when I process email, it doesn’t say or do anything.
It just says “Postie Settings (v1.8.34)”, and nothing underneath that. If I refresh my blog, it doesn’t show the emails.

Any ideas on what’s wrong and how to correct it?
