Posting a link to a category under the regular navigation/pages

Hey,
I know I can post a link to a category in the links section, but is there any way I can set up a link under the navigation section? As if it were a ‘page’ I set up? And then it just links to all pages under a certain category?

This is the blog I wish to do it on: https://www.luminousnerd.com

So in my situation, I’ve currently got Home, About, Important Posts, and Contact…I would want to add: “Marijuana Posts” or something like that, and link it here:

https://www.luminousnerd.com/category/hippie/marijuana/

How would I do that? Thanks
