Posting Failure Notice in WordPress MU

  • After searching for previous forum posts on this topic no previously suggested method is working:

    When making a new post/page WordPress pushes me to the “WordPress Failure Notice” page. Asking if really want to do this? The answer of course is yes, yes I do.

    I notice that when entering a post/page title that the permalink is not generated as per usual either. When uploading an image it hangs at “crunching…”

    I have ZERO plugins running, and have deleted the plugins folder, and make new one (that is empty).

    This problem is present on every blog in the network, including a blog running the default theme.

    I think the cause of this is failed attempt to import a tumblr blog. Any ideas out there on how to fix this? I know there are others out there how are seen this, if there is an older forum post please link to it here.

    Please help.
