Posting new Content on Multiple Servers/Single Site installation

We have a site more than 20 years old, largely written in an older language, and WP installed about two years ago as a supplement for additional content.
There are currently servers in the US and in SG but when we upload the new content to the SG side, we have to manually transfer it to the US servers. Is there any way around that?
I have searched the forums but most solutions seem to be about installation and not ongoing issues. We currently use manual tactics, but restarting the servers tends to reset all that and it has to be done again.

Depending on your needs, you may want to give it a try WordPress Multisite Content Copier/Updater, which allows you to copy content from one site to another, that is, if the site is set up as a multisite, which would benefit more considering the approach you are taking.
