Posting only to a certain category

    The “Subscribe to blog” widget should have an optional category selector with the purpose to send emails only for posts in this category.

    I am going to generate many posts with AI, but sending all of them in email list would be an overwhelm. I want to send only manually created posts.

    Thanks for the idea! It would be a great one to submit as a Feature Request.

    In the meantime, could this be a workaround?

    Jetpack will only send out notifications for new posts. Publishing other post types (like pages or a custom post type) will not send a notification e-mail.
