Posting reply to ticket shows "No such ticket available"

Hi! When a user posts a reply to a ticket it refreshes the view and shows the message “No such ticket available.” It does however post the reply but it is very confusing for a user to see that. Is there a fix, or can it redirect or refresh to show the ticket thread again?
