hmm and the ticket is properly added to the database?

as it should simply show the ticket or reply created unless it can’t find the values in the database.

check if the right osTicket version is set in the plugin settings.

Also can you tell me which osticket version your using? (will be convenient information for us to find new bugs/ issues related to it).

In the meantime, I’ve changed the text to a more appropriate message after posting a reply. Please let me know if there is a fix when you can, as I know you are super busy. Love this plugin!

Does this work with the latest version of osTicket? They say they have made major changes as well from the latest version this plugin works with.
