I wonder if you can help.
I have just been using WooSocio for a few times and succesfully posting to Facebook where you see the product and description.

Suddenly thats stopped. If I publish to Facebook a product the product appears. But when I post a second product to Facebook it creates an album and both products are placed in this album with no description.

I have tried connecting, disconnecting, deleting the album, starting again but always the subsequent product posting creates and album and the product information is lost. What am I doing wrong?

Where you are posting? At group, page or personal wall?
Posting on page, Facebook shows a default gallery for all pictures at top. But on page wall, actual product should appear.
Are you sure that no product is appearing on page wall?
Which version you are using? Also please refer the Facebook page you are posting on.

    Personal wall.

The first product posts perfectly correctly.
Each subsequent product is grouped into an album.

So we are using this for the first time for a client to see if this product is suitable with WordPress commerce sites. Its in his timeline that it builds products posts into a single album.

Ok its only appearing now in the activity log.

As far as we can tell the posts are appearing as public in the timeline of the client (Colin Graham…) but they are not visible to anyone else. This is despite the fact that they are set to public.

If appearing inactivity log, it means you need to change the account settings to mark it on wall.
Please also check that you are posting to the Facebook with same account you created Facebook App. It looks that App account and posting accounts are different.

Please let me check a few things you have suggested in more detail. I will follow this up tomorrow (UK time). I will get back EITHER indicating this request is now closed OR there are still issues. Thanks for your support, we are interested in taking this forward probably with your pro app for another client so its important we get a proper understanding of this Facebook interaction.

    I still have problems

    On Facebook the client has:
    https://www.facebook.com/colin.graham.969
with a timeline and a shop page
    https://www.facebook.com/colingrahamantiqueshop/

I post using Woosocio from his website,
    https://colingrahamantiquescockermouth.co.uk

Whilst I am logged into the clients Facebook account I can see all these posts and they appear as intended. The activity log shows they are all set to public. And they are set to allowed to appear on the Timeline. The App is set to public.

If I post a product to Posts on his shop page it appears perfectly.
I can share these to his personal timeline and that works perfectly too.

It all appears exactly as you suggest, everything set to public.

BUT When I log out of the clients Facebook account and log into mine I cannot see any WooSocio posts. I cannot see any of the photos associated with the post in any album.

The only odd thing is if I grab the link you will notice it says I am not part of the audience that can see it. See this link.

I can’t grasp which the setting is restricting the views. It says next the name of the publisher. “Only people who manage this page can see who published it”.

UPDATE: Please considered this closed. Something odd with the API. I just reset public access to no and then re-saved and re-set it to yes and it worked.

So many places to adjust Privacy, the very last one I looked at! Thanks for you previous quick response.

Glad to know that it has resolved. Looks at the time of granted permission, you selected ‘only me’ instead of public.

Let us know if you have any other issue regarding WooSocio

Yes I think you are right. We were having web access problems at the time and so saves we thought we were making we perhaps were not. Yes I will be using it again. Possibly the pro edition for a Rug shop.

    Ciao for now
