Posting to Facebook

Hello Everyone
Hope somebody can help please. I have just created my first blog using WordPress, I want to link it to Facebook. After my first blog was published, there is an option to “share on Facebook” which I selected, however the blog was not what I had written, instead it was the sample text you get when you first join – something like “This is your first big…..”

Would somebody be able to help me I assume I am doing something wrong.
