posting to MU network with single configuration

I needed a solution for posting to WordPress MU network using single configuration – e.g one catch-all mailbox is checked and blogname is extracted from address so [email protected] will post to blogname.mudomain.tld
Quick hack at https://wordpress.pastebin.ca/2381158 (just in case anybody needs similar solution, or Wayne might be interested in including this option in some future version ??
