Posting to multiple blogs ???

I am currently using wordpress 3.1 is there a way to be able to post on my first wordpress blog and have it post on my second blog as well?
the blogs are https://www.profootballzone.com and https://www.giantsoutsider.com
now if I want to post something to both is there a way to do it by just posting it in Pro Football Zone and it automaticlaly posts on Giants Outsider?
