As this is a commercial theme, we cannot really help. You need to seek support from the theme vendors.

I was afraid you would say that. The people who sold me the theme have a terrible support staff.

There must be way for you to create a blog page read the instruction they gave you.

I did that already. The seller provided very little by way of instructions, and their “knowledge base” is a load of bunk.

I’m facing the same problem too except that I’m using free theme Kryptonation. I want my blog post to appear something like this: https://mycompany.com/blog/2011/06/hello-world/ instead of https://mycompany.com/2011/06/hello-world/.

Well, it’s very much like this one, stickermule, where they have their blog post under https://www.stickermule.com/blog and their post url is https://www.stickermule.com/blog/2010/7/19/making-sticker-mule-simpler.
