Posting to twitter fails

Since a few days ago the autoposter is not working for twitter accounts. The log shows the following:

This happens using the cron method but also if the re-publish button is used. It makes no difference whether a picture is used or not. The “Submit Test Post to Twitter” button in the settings is working.
