Posting to Twitter on site w/o RSS feed

  • Hello. I have a WP website which generates posts daily from a database, but does not have any actual WP posts published so it does not have an RSS feed.

    I want to have the article sent to our Twitter account daily, but there are no posts published or RSS feeds, which is what most plugins and generators use. Any ideas on how this might be accomplished?

    I think I can add code that tells it to post to Twitter each time the content is changed, but I am not sure how to do it.
