Posting type not ok….

  • hi i recentlly start using word press… and i wanted to know one thing that… whay my posts appers in this manner?? https://school.chetanmadaan.com/?p=4
    like /?p=4 but on some sites i see that it appers like with the title of the page itself.. and also how can someone start a new topic on my blog please let me know??????
