Postman SMTP – Email not sending when customer places order – Woocommerce

  • The ‘order processing’ email isn’t sending when a customer places an order. This is essentially the ‘thank you for your order’ email. All other emails seem to be working as they should. Can anyone help?

    If you try to resend the email does it work?

    maybe the settings in woocommerce –> emails, has a conflict with the details in Post SMTP? like the “From” field?

    You can try this too: Press Show all settings –> Message and check “Prevent plugins and themes from changing this”
