After installing Postmatic I faced a PHP error. I reported this to the support and got in a very short time a solution by an update that has been made available. That was absolutely fantastic!

But there there are still Points to be done in Postmatic:
1. As an administrator I would like to see which email addresses were registered and to which addresses a new blog post or comment will be sent by email. I’ve already made a request, but unfortunately received no response. Perhaps now?

2. Since I have installed the latest version of Postmatic (1.2.2), the messages are displayed on a smartphone or tablet with a black background – the text is hardly not readable. On the desktop, the background is white so that the text is readable.

If these two points will be made available (1) or corrected (2)Postmatic will get 5 stars

Hi Scivolino,

You can view subscriber information natively right in WordPress. We have a support article for that very thing:

I don’t see any records of a support ticket that was unanswered. Where did you send your request to?

Likewise I do not see a ticket for your second issue. Please submit it to [email protected] and be specific regarding which email clients you are seeing the problem in. We have not heard of this problem and I cannot reproduce it in 1.2.2.

Hi Scivolino,

Thanks for sending your support ticket in. We were able to reproduce your issue: Windows Phone and some older Android email clients do not support 3 digit hex codes for defining colors.

The issue has been resolved in last weeks release of version 1.2.3.

Hi Jason,
thank you very much for your competent and fast support.
The e-mail will now work perfect again on my Windows Phone 8.
If I were able, I’d like to change the 4-star rating to a 5-star rating ??

It looks like you can actually update a review to 5 stars. We’d really appreciate if you did that as you are our only non-5-star review.

Hi @scivolino you can change it on https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/postmatic/ on the right side it says “My Rating”. There you can click on five stars and edit even your text if you want.

Would be nice if you could do it actually ??
