    Dear NinTechNet,

First of all thank you so much for the amazing job you do!

I have a website where the log states:
CRITICAL 115 138.99.112.XXX POST /index.php – Cross-site scripting – [POST:result = Success!] and then the name of the script and the website is stated.

Because of rule 115 one could assume the javascript was blocked. But the [POST:result = Success!] part throws me off.
This log entry appeared twice within two seconds.

Should I be worried or can I simply disregard this message?

It was blocked, you can disregard it. I assume the attacker tested your site for XSS vulnerabilities and expected to see the “Success!” message if he succeeded, but the firewall blocked it.
