• When I post on my https://www.taosrag.com pages. Everything looks good, but when I go back to the pages – some of them are unreadable – blurry – others are covered up with brown. How can this be? I’m importing them 300dpi jpg. I spent 8 hours yesterday fixing pages – to only have many of the pages go blurry again. One example – yesterday one of my pages was covered in that brown – when I went to that page today it was fine. This is driving me nuts. ron hagg

I looked at a few pages, and they all seem fine to me.

If you still see the problem, would you please give us a link to a specific page showing the problem?

OK Now first page of March 2015 is fine, but this page ( page 3 February issue is blurry with bottom part blocked by brown.

This is a support forum, not an email support service. The emails are just notification emails, replying to them does nothing. You need to reply here on the forums for us to see them.

I have received this [email from “fixrunner.com WordPress support experts”] – whats up with this?

Just someone who would rather charge you $49 for questionable services than provide support here on the support forums, probably a scam, not affiliated with us in any way.

this page (January issue – page 3) is blurry with bottom part blocked by brown.

That’s a JPEG file, and it looks just fine to me. Here’s what I see: https://cloudup.com/iO5FEkhBLNt

WordPress has no control over how direct-viewed JPEGs like this are displayed, that’s all up to your browser.

I don’t see anything wrong with the file in Firefox 36.0.1 and Chrome 41.0.2272.76.

Just in case you meant the image on the page, it looks fine to me too, here’s what I see: https://cloudup.com/inlx8uXIX8g

Whatever is happening to you is definitely not a WordPress issue, it’s probably a browser issue.

First, please make sure that your browser is up to date by visiting https://whatbrowser.org/

If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

James – THANKS – I went to Google Chrome and Firefox – all of the images appear as they should. So apparently It was only messed up on my computer. Wow! This is a relief. Again, thanks. ron hagg

    You’re welcome!

For what it’s worth, it all looks just fine to me in Safari 8.0.3 too.
