Posts being recycled although recycling off

Settings screenshot? What’s in the Logfile? Did you turn on Debug mode? Need info here.

I am unable to reproduce this on any site.

i think i found the error, it is in the source. i am reposting from rss (my own different rss source) and that source has reposted.

while we are at it. please be so kind a let me know why the above times are not recognised.

Under the Limit Certain Day(s) option:

Separate allowed hours with dashes and commas. Example: 0400-1230, 1500-2100

Just put commas in.
