Posts disappear after changing user author

Hi everyone,
first of all sorry if I posted in the wrong section.

I’m new to WordPress and during the process of building a website I’ve encountered this error:
as the admin user, I have created 3/4 posts to test the layout of the page and everything was fine.
I then created a new user with the role of the editor and assigned to it those posts previously created.. suddenly they disappeared from the homepage.
So I assigned those posts again to the admin user and they were perfectly visible.

I checked if the editor user had the capability to publish posts and it had, so I don’t know how to fix it.
I’ve installed basic plugins such as Elementor, Yoast, User Role Editor and few others.

Is anyone available to help? ??
