Posts don't appear on Blog page

I have a site – https://www.cmhtechnology.com, and I created a new page called “Chris’ Blog”. I would like for my posts to appear on this page, and no other page. I have tried changing the Reading Settings to Static Page, and set the Posts Page to Chris’ Blog (but I had to leave the Front Page to nothing), because I want my home page to be left as is, and I have also tried selecting Front Page displays “latest Posts”, but in either case, my posts do not show on the Chris’ Blog page. I am able to add Recent Posts as a sidebar, and it shows my posts, but I want these posts to show up on the Chris’ Blog page. Anyone have any ideas?
