    Hi folks,

    I’m moving a bunch of WP sites to a new server that I just brought online. Most of them are working fine, but several of them – so far only those which use a custom permalink – are coming up with “page not found” errors AND the pages and posts are not visible in the Admin.

    I switched the permalink back to the default and removed the .htaccess file. Still no luck – even when accessing from a new-today machine which has never accessed the site before. The “pages” page is still displaying:

    * All (4) | Published (3) | Private (1)

    Search Pages:

    No pages found

    I’m moving from Apache/2.2.11 PHP/5.2.9 MySQL 5.1.50 to
    Apache/2.2.16 PHP/5.3.3 MySQL 5.1.50

    The exact same database (local to the new one) is being accessed from both servers. The old WP install is running on Mac OS 10.5.8 (PPC) and the new on the latest OS 10.6.x on an Intel machine.

    I’m stumped! Has anyone else run into something like this? Got any brilliant ideas (short of a full reinstall and rebuild of those sites?)
