Posts don't link to Categories?

  • I’m very new to WP and just setting up a site. I’ve made a few posts that are not linking to the categories I have listed on the menu, even though I can see them checked in wp-admin. Help?

    if you have set up everything correctly then the linking from the menu to your categories should work just fine, so please check:

    – Have you created categories correctly?
    – Have you selected categories for your posts and published your posts?
    – When creating your menu, have you selected the categories which you have created previously? You do not need to add custom links.
