    I’m sorry about the difficulties encountered!

    Please make sure your website’s cache is cleared so no problems appear in serving the images. Here is a documentation page about caching.

    You can also check if there is a plugin conflict, by disabling your plugins one by one and see if the issue persists.

    Thank you for your reply.

    • The cache problems had been taken into consideration and dealt with.
    • As for possible extension conflicts, I can’t test that on the production site and the problem disappeared on the local copy before I could test.
    • Finally, the client reloaded all the images to get around the problem. I think we can consider it solved for the moment.

    The big question is what happened.

    I’m glad the issue is fixed now!

    For any future problems, you can use this plugin‘s troubleshoot mode to disable plugins without any effect for the visitors.
