Posts from site are not public on Facebook

  • When posting on our website the posts go to Facebook, but are only visible to the admin of the Facebook page. Public users, Users that follow the page, and friends of the admin cannot see the posts. Facebook status updates are public (do not have to login to see).

    App settings:
    App: Public

    Facebook Page Settings:
    Page Visibility: Page published
    Posting Ability: Anyone can post to my Page timeline, Anyone can add photos and videos to my Page timeline
    Post Visibility: Posts to Page appear on my Page timeline
    Post Targeting and Privacy: Privacy control for posts is turned off
    Country Restrictions: Page is visible to everyone
    Age Restrictions: Page is shown to everyone

  • I am sorry, but there is only support for pro version users. If you are a pro version user, please reply to the pro version activation instructions to get support.

    I went to purchase today, but noticed this text below “Donate using Paypal”

    The pro version will not solve any problems and/or errors you have, so make sure the free version is working before donating.

    If I purchase can this issue be solved?

    I will help anybody with a pro version as good as I can and I think this problem can be solved.

    I have the same problem. Something is broken and you’re saying that we have to pay to get it fixed. That is unacceptable and perhaps unethical.

    Why unethical? The plugin was free but that does not mean that support also has to be free. However, this is not your topic. If you require assistance then, as per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic instead of tagging onto someone else’s topic.

    I am now closing this month old topic as it references an older version of WordPress.
