Posts / Galleries on Main Page – Issue?

Hi,

I am wondering about the functionality of two things with respect to this theme:

1) It appeared that when I created a gallery post with multiple images, on the main page – where it displays all recent posts – it provided hover over arrows to cycle through the images in that gallery. When I edited the post to include further images in the gallery, it appeared that this functionality disappeared.

2) Likewise, upon creating a gallery post, the images would cycle at the top of the gallery page in larger format. When I edited the gallery post, these went static and only displayed one image.

Have I simply not set an option for the above functionality, or is something wrong?
