Posts held for moderation

Hello, I hope I am posting this in the right section. A while ago, I made the mistake of answering support queries for a premium plugin on the support forums for its free version.

I was not aware that this is discouraged here. I have since ceased this practice and I will not do it again.

However, months later, my account is still flagged and all my posts are held for moderation. Can anyone from the moderation team please consider lifting the restriction on posting from this account?
