Posts Homepage not working

Hi,

I’ve had to reset-up my site and am trying to get it to work. But I am having trouble with the posts. I’ve looked and can’t seem to find the answer. I’ve added three posts, you can see through categories, but it doesn’t appear on homepage. I have post page set as homepage under settings? Do you now why this is?
