Posts In Page Not working when I insert code in to Posts

Hi there, I’m using WordPress 4.5 and Posts in page 1.2.4.
I’ve been trying to create a Related Posts segment within my posts themselves but whenever I insert the Posts in Page Shortcode, the page loads blank.
