instead looping the <?php the_content();?> use <?php the_excerpt();?>

i dont know how to use code. can you gide me more as to where insert this please?

what page you want only part of the post will be seen instead of the entire content? this may need child-theming

You will need to make a child theme before modifying any code – otherwise all of your changes will be lost when WP is updated – see:
