Posts look bad on home page

I have an issue with the way my posts are being displayed on the home page of my website.

If you look at them within the post they are looking like they should be (Organized, spaced properly).

If you look at them on the home page when they are windowed it is all just content bunched together and spaced badly.

Is there any way to fix this?

I was considering using an image is there is a way to do that.
