• Hi,

I have set in the plugin’s options page at “Sentinel Core” the “default category” to “EvernoteArtikel” (slug: “evernoteartikel”).

    Settings:
    Screenshot 1: https://screencloud.net/v/FQO0
    Screenshot 2: https://screencloud.net/v/csdI

But when a new post from Evernote successfully arrived in my WordPress blog, then it is assigned to the standard WP category “Allgemein” and not at the category as defined in the plugin’s settings.

The posts in Evernote are tagged with “published” and “draft”, no markdown, just simple text.

All other things are working fine.
    Any idea please?

    Thanks.

    Hi @csigncsign,

Sorry about the slow response as I don’t get to spend as much dedicated time on it at the moment. I will have a quick look to see if there is an obvious reason for this not working.

Thanks for the review too! Appreciated.

    Cheers,
    Rheinard

    I found the solution:

the Evernote post needs to be tagged with the category name in brackets, that is set in the Sentinote settings.

For example, my blog category is

    evernoteposts

then I need to put this tag in the Evernote note in this way:

    [evernoteposts]
