    Normally the plugin works great, so I would guess that another plugin or script is interfering. To test, you can temporarily disable all other plugins and try a test post.

    It works in our development server but not in our production server, even with all of the same plugins activated in both places.

    Then it follows that there is some other difference between the two servers..?

    It’s possible that the varnish server we put in front of our live servers is the culprit.
