Posts not showing after update

I updated from 1.5.3 to 2.02, through Fantastico from my user cp on my webserver. everything looks and loads OK except the posts. I can see the post #’s under the catagories, but they don’t show.

its says “Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.”

Any ideas as to what I need to do?
