• I noticed an issue a few days ago regarding multiple new users on my site. When I look ad the dashboard and look at the users, I see their post counts. When I click on the post counts, nothing shows up.

While still logged in as admin, when I head over to their user, I also am noticing the posts are missing. However, if I log out of the site and goto their user, I can see their posts.

So basically this page for example, shows different while logged in and not logged in -> https://www.theouterhaven.net/author/[email protected]/.

I changed themes to test and the same issue occurs. This has affected 4 users so far. All new users within the last few months. I’m worried I have a database issue, yet the posts are still associated, so it makes no sense to me.

    Has anyone experience this before?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

It could be a caching issue if the posts eventually show up as expected. Or maybe broken caching if they don’t show up. Do you have any caching plugins running? Did you try flushing your browser cache when you don’t see expected results?

Or it could be some sort of role/capability issue. Try installing and activating the health-check plugin. Invoke the troubleshooting mode and see if the same issues arise.
