Posts not showing on my homepage

Did you publish the post? What’s its direct link?

Deleting a page does not remove it from the menu. You need to go to appearances->menu to remove a menu item.

Yes I published it. the link is https://bodypreserver.com/2017/02/22/8-reasons-hard-losing-weight-40/.
Also, when I go to appearance > customize, it’s exactly what the homepage should look like.

That’s very strange.

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

even when I change the theme it still stays as the Basic Themes.
