Posts not showing ratings now

Everything was working when I first installed the plugin and now I don’t get any ratings on my posts even though it is activated under the plugin “settings”. And “show rating” is checked on the individual posts.
Do you have any idea what I should look for? I feel like it’s going to be something really simple.
I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin. I’ve tried creating a new post (in case it just wouldn’t work on old posts), and nothing has worked.
