Posts not showing up in stats

From 17 February 2011, it still tracks stats fine, but it shows posts as getting 2 or 3 hits or it doesn’t even show them. On the top posts widget, it is leaving a blank where the post would have been (since it’s obviously made enough clicks to get on the top five posts).
