posts not visible

  • Suddenly I cannot see any new posts. The blog has been working fine for months and I have not changed any of the settings. The only potential issue that has been mentioned is cutting & Pasting text in from Word – is this the problem and if so what do I do about it, both for the blog as it is and for future posting?

  • Don’t paste content from Microsoft Word into WordPress as the pasted text will also contain Word’s own formatting. Sooner or later, this formatting will stop your pages from being displayed correctly (if at all) in Internet Explorer. If you cannot possibly manage without Word, paste your text into NotePad (or another text editor) first, then copy from NotePad into WordPress.

    You’ll now need to go through all of the recent posts removing Word’s formatting.
