posts over 150 times

First I want to thank the developer for his time and effort into making such a needed plugin for wordpress. However I do have one quite significant problem.

I am working on a clients website where they have multiple users (currently around 100) and each user needs to be able to post and edit their single advertisement or coupon post. Many people have difficulty understanding how to properly post to wordpress, which is where this plugin is excellent. During my testing process I have a test user who is assigned the role of an author. Another plugin is limiting users to having only a single post. When this test user adds a post using this plugin (needs to be set to post pending) the post is made 157 times. I have disabled nearly all the options and features, tested only using the basic text editor and used multiple browsers. All tests have yielded the same result.

Has anyone else had a similar issue or know of a possible fix to this?
** The site does have several other plugins installed on it which are important to the running of the site. The plugin initially worked after installation, and just randomly stated this issue today.
