I am having an issue with a new install of WP.

I installed it a couple of days ago, did not make any changes to any templates, just a base install, and I am having issues with the posts.

Posts are flowing over top of the side bar in Opera, FireFox and Safari.
In IE, the sidebar is pushed down, and a yellow error icon appears.

I have since added AJAX commenting and with or without it, it does not change. I installed a template and it does not change. Same issue regardless of what template or plugins I use.

This is the third or fourth time I have installed WP, but the first time I have done it for myself. And the first time I have had any issues with it.

There were no errors in the install, everything went smooth. I did not notice the issue until I started posting.

After that, I noticed that any “pages” I created did not work either. I created an about page, and the link showed up in the top right corner of this template, but the link did not work. I created an brand new page, same results. So I deleted them, and decided to only use posts.

When I click on the 2 RSS links on the bottom right, they give me a blank page.

    You can see it here:

    Help?

    thanks in advance.

    BUMP

Anyone have any idea why this would happen?

Looking at your source, there is a weird empty/open tag thing where there should not be a empty/open tag thing. Look at the end of this code.

    I would remove that first…

    Thanks.

That is weird. Especially since I have not modified any code anywhere.

Can you point me in the direction of where to edit that snip of code?

I will look around and see if I can find it.

    Thanks

Hmmmm, I cannot find that code in any editable page, and when I view source on the page itself, I do not see that snip.

    I see this:

    <p class="details_small">

    Fixed.

It was with the posts themselves. I use Opera and “I guess” is does not work to well with the WP WSIWYG editor. I edited the posts, and manually added the tags, and all works fine now.
