posts page – not displaying properly & Restrict Categories

    Hi,

    I am trying this out to see if this is a good option for me.

    Question 1 – When going to my posts page, the post titles are not truncating and display is flowing over to the left menu column.

    Here is a screenshot

    I tried with a couple other themes, all have some issues… mainly where the dashboard/toolbar is on top of the posts list rather than to the left of it in 2 columns – left column for links (dashboard, posts, etc) and right for posts list.

    1 – is there a way to fix this in my current theme
    2 – can you recommend some themes where the display is correct?

    Question 2:

    I would like to limit the categories members can post to – not on a per member basis, rather restrict all members other than admin to post only to certain categories – how can this be done?
