    Hi,
    I am trying to create a page template, showing the same as a “Posts Page” would look like.

    The template for posts page should already exists but where can I find it, in order to create a custom page temple.

    The reason for this is I want to have my front page to show “Your latest Posts” in my Front page and have a “Static Page -> Post Page”, in another page on the site.

    Please assist, I am very new to wordpress and a beginner in PHP.

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    First of all please note that if you make changes in the theme files then you have to make these changes again after theme updation as changes made in the theme files get lost on theme updation so i recommend you to create child theme of Dazzling theme and make changes in this child theme.

    The template file that displays content in Dazzling theme blog page is content.php
