Posts & Pages Stats Linking to deleted staging urls

I created a staging site on my old domain sometime last year and eventually transferred the changes to the live site with a new domain. I changed the domain name of the site and did a 301 redirect. Since then, I noticed that Jetpack (under STATS) show my views, urls, etc. The problem however is that the posts point to the old domain staging site that I deleted and when clicked, show “page not found”.

The domain in question is no longer in existence but Jetpack is still linking to it. I don’t know how to fix or correct this or why Jetpack is picking up the wrong urls to link to.
