• I am in East COast US currently UTC-4. I have a post scheduled for 8/21/14. Currently my settings page shows
UTC time is 2014-08-20 20:27:56 Local time is 2014-08-20 16:27:56
I had a post scheuled for Scheduled for: Aug 21, 2014 @ 0:00 and it posted a few minutes ago. I reverted it to draft, checked the time and went from -4 to -5. now I have it scheduled for Scheduled for: Aug 21, 2014 @ 6:00. If I put it up at 8/21/2014 0:00 hours it posts even though UTC is still at 8/20/2014, I am still on 8/20/2014.

Where do I need to change this or is there a bug? I look online but constantly see conflicting information.

This could be a plugin and/or theme conflict. Have you tried turning them plugins off?

I can’t turn my theme off, but it hasn’t changed in a while. The security themes change every five minutes it seems. It’s a good idea, but since it is so inconsistent happening one day and not the next, I don’t know what it would show me. I can check all the settings on them though and make sure they are all at the same day/time.
    Thanks!

NOTE from Managed WP on GoDaddy Hosting: We had to disable Managed WordPress wp-cron because it had some issues. People can still see your website. We have our best people working on the issue and will have everything back to normal as soon as possible. Thanks.
