• When my webpage is viewed on different computers, same broswer(Internet Explorer), some people are saying that the posts on the main page, and all archived pages, are not starting until way down the page, after all of the sidebar items.

Is there a fix for this, or it is what it is?

  • Which version of IE is this occuring on?

I’d work on some of your errors. One of those are probably causing the issue.

IE 6, but on some it does this, and on some it does not.

Do I really need to fix all of these errors? jeez…the page is working pretty fine.

I need to fix this it is driving me crazy, do I really need to fix those errors, or is there another way. I went to some other blogs and checked there errors and they were in the thousands and their page worked fine.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks ??

Your site looks like horseshit in my IE. not only do you have minor validation errors, your site is generating javascript errors as well.

You dont have to do anything to fix those 132 errors, but then no-one has to help you either, and lazy/complacent web masters usually get passed up when they suggest that want someone else to wade through crappy markup to fix a problem.

In other words, if you aren’t willing to do any work, why should anyone here be willing?

    Hey Whooami,

Thanks for the kind words….so much for a support forum then I guess..

I was simply asking for advice. I am willing to do the work, but I am confused. On my computer at home as well as the office it looks fine, with no errors.

Then I go to a friends house and I see that the blog starts below category list. Please suggest a way to fix this…if it means going through and fixing the however many errors, than thats what I have to do.

This happened with my blog too. It displayed fine in IE7, Mozilla, and Safari, but not in IE6 (at least on some computers). It was exactly as you describe. The center column displayed below the left hand column instead of beside it.

I fixed it by just making the center column a little narrower. I hope this helps.
