• On my site every excerpted and full post shows a “mouse here related links” item at the bottom. I DO NOT want this on my posts, have no idea how it got there and don’t know how to remove it.

I have looked for a sneaky plug-in both on my site admin and the server files – no luck. It irritates me because if there is no actual link with a post, it jumps around on the page. Here is the address: Photography Tips and Ideas

I would appreciate suggestions on how to deal with/get rid of this. Thanks.

  • Sorry but your chosen theme is not released under GPL. Non GPL products are not welcome in the WordPress community. Official WordPress policy states that all plugins and themes that are publicly released are required to adhere to https://www.ads-software.com/about/gpl/

Any support requests for non-GPL products are usually ignored, in the interests of supporting the community and its freedoms.

    itspamm:

Try disabling your plugins one-by-one and watching for changes.

Also, check the functions.php file. There might be something in there.

esmi: I don’t think that this issue is related to the theme file. I think that this might be the result of a malicious plugin or malicious code.

Other posts across the internet are complaining of this exact same problem, but nobody has posted a solution yet.
